Sizes
Our products are displayed in UK (EU) sizes. Use the size converter on the bottom of our webshop to see corresponding US sizes.

Payment
Our prices are VAT included. We offer our customers various payment methods including later or spread payment.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law and the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

Delivery
We ship your order FREE to an address of your choice within 1-7 working days. The delivery address must hold a valid postcode. How long the delivery will take depends on the country of destination and the carrier of our choice. Please choose fast shipping option if you want your order quickly. 

Returns
We do accept returns. In that case we will refund your money. Buyers have to pay returns themselves. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and without damage to the shoes and the original box of the shoes. The order must always be sent in a packing box, so that the original box is not damaged. Returns made after 14 days, or damaged returns are not accepted.

IMPORTANT: Customers outside European Union have to fill a form for the Customs (a kind of invoice). Do not fill any amount here. You must state that the shoes returning to the seller. If an amount is required, fill in only 0, - Euro. Otherwise, Dutch authorities will consider your return shipment as a purchase by us, which means we have to pay tax. If you do not follow this instruction, then either your return will not accepted by us or tax paid by us will be charged from you.
